Join Yoetzet Halacha Shiffy Friedman, Tali Zilberman, LMSW, and Shonna Levin of Immerse NYC, for an intimate, open conversation on Mikveh, Halacha and Mental Health. Topics include common questions about the Mikveh, the intersection of anxiety and other mental health concerns with Taharat Mishpacha, it's impact on relationships and how to utilize professional and halachic resources when approaching these challenges.
This a great opportunity to connect with our Yoetzet, who is available to speak and advise with women in the downtown Jewish community year round.
Please come with any questions you might have, and feel free to submit anonymous questions at nycyoetzet@gmail.com ahead of the discussion. This event is open to married and unmarried women.
For more information, please contact Tali Zilberman at talimzilberman@gmail.com.
Pizza and wine will be served.
The event is free but please register on the event page so that we know how many are coming.
