Join the Kommunity Kinder for Tot Shabbat will often be run by an educator and aims to inspire and entertain children ages zero to six. Tot Shabbat meets in the Beit Midrash from 10:15-11:00 and is followed by the Kommunity Kinder Kiddush Klub. Expect Shabbat songs, games, and all cuteness. We are grateful to the Aingorn Family for their attention to this important part of Sixth Street's functioning.

Please support the Downtown Eruv! The downtown community's financial Eruv obligation is roughly $36k annually. How much to give is certainly up to you, and any donation is appreciated. To give you some context: If 200 families/individuals were to give $180, this year's fundraising effort would be over. To make a payment, please do so on the synagogue page, Venmo @sixthstreetsynagogue, or send a check to: Community Synagogue Center, 325 East Sixth Street, New York NY 10003. Be sure to specify that this donation is for the Rabbi's Discretionary Fund and/or for the Eruv. The Eruv allows us to push our strollers to synagogue, carry the keys to our homes, and bring treats to our friends' homes on Shabbat. If you like babies, a sense of security, or good guests, make a donation now!

Please consider participating in our Kol Nidrei Campaign. Your support is essential - not only for our continued success - but to help us in our much needed re-building. I remind you that any amount helps our efforts and lifts our spirits.

Sixth Street Community Synagogue

We like to think we're different. Everyone from the traditionally Orthodox to the occasionally observant feels at home here - 365 days a year. We hope you do too.
