6:00 PM - 8:00 PMMuseum of Jewish Heritage

Join Sixth Street members and friends on a tour led by Jeff Katz of the the Museum of Jewish Heritage's core exhibit, "A Living Memorial to the Holocaust" on Wednesday, April 15 at 6:00 PM sharp. RSVP by April 13!

This year marks the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz, and the year World War II ended. After all these years, the question remains: how could Germany, an advanced society, one with a democratic constitution, rule of law, and freedom of expression morph into a murderous state diabolically dedicated to the complete annihilation of the Jewish people?

$10 admission per person. The Museum of Jewish Heritage is located at Edmond J. Safra Plaza, 36 Battery Place In Lower Manhattan. Check www.mjhnyc.org for directions.

RSVP by April 13!

Jeff Katz has been a museum gallery educator since he retired as an administrator and adjunct professor from Manhattan College three years ago.  He’s been a Sixteenth Street and Sixth Street Community Synagogue member and officer since 1985.
