Rabbi Joe Wolfson grew up in London and has spent much of the last decade studying, working, and loving life in Israel. He studied at Yeshivat Har Etzion and Bet Morasha, through which he received his semikha from the Israeli Chief Rabbinate. He thought he was going into politics and did degrees at Cambridge, where he was president of the Jewish Society, and UCL. He has taught texts on five continents and as a faculty member of London School of Jewish Studies. Joe and his wife, Corinne Shmuel, have spent the last two years as the OU-JLIC educators at NYU where they help lead the Orthodox Jewish community at the Bronfman Center for Jewish Life.
