Dear Friends,
Last Monday we beautifully observed the first Yahrtzeit of Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks z"l in our synagogue. I am particularly grateful to our teacher, Professor Moshe Halbertal for his beautiful and insightful words, Rabbi Joe Wolfson who organized the event, and all the Downtown Vaad leaders and congregants who participated in person and online.
The recordings are now available on YouTube.
- Introductions (Bellino and 5 Downtown Leaders)
- Professor Moshe Halbertal: "The Conversation We Didn't Get To Have: A Religious Response To Crisis."
- Conclusions (Dr. Mijal Bitton and Rabbi Joe Wolfson)
With best wishes,
GZB
