yishlach Shabbat Vayishlach Closure

Greetings Friends,   While we continue to safely operate our modified and socially distant services, we must acknowledge the recent increased positivity rates, locally and abroad. It is for this reason that we have decided to voluntarily close our building THIS Shabbat (12/5), so that we may further maintain protective distance (especially post-Thanksgiving travel) and reevaluate our operating policies.   We believe that this is an appropriately cautious measure, one that demonstrates our acknowledgment of the realities that we continue to face, and our continuous commitment to act boldly (and creatively) to protect our community, our neighborhood, and beyond.   We ask that you not overwhelm other synagogues in our neighborhood and that you continue your rigorous social distancing practices.     Gavriel Bellino, Rabbi Elie Yudewitz, President
