Dear Friends:
With Purim only a few weeks away, we are thrilled to announce a Sixth Street Community Synagogue Mishloach Manot initiative. Its purpose is threefold: to augment a continued sense of community, to deliciously enhance Purim revelry, and to serve as a significant fundraising opportunity for our synagogue.
We have collaborated with a wonderful chocolatier in Brooklyn this year. They will arrange elegant and tasty packages that will be available for pick-up at the synagogue on Purim Night, intended to be enjoyed or re-gifted as Mishloach Manot on Purim Day.
Our Mishloach Manot are available in three sizes, corresponding to three sponsorship levels: $180, $118 and $54. All sponsors will be listed on a beautiful scroll to memorialize their eager and heartfelt support.
Additionally, $54 baskets are available for shipment (please include $10 s/h per basket).
To participate, kindly e-mail info@sixthstreetsynagogue.org with your level of sponsorship, how you would like to be listed on the scroll, as well as the number of any additional packages.
We prefer that you pay for these packages on our website. If you must pay by check, payments may be mailed to the Sixth Street Synagogue, 325 East 6th Street, New York, NY 10003.
The deadline for orders to be shipped is Wednesday, February 25.
The deadline for sponsorship is Friday, February 27.
We thank you in advance for your participation and look forward to hearing from you!
Sincerely,
Vivian Klaus, Joan Nachmani, and Leah Liberman
