Community News

We stand with Israel at this difficult time and pray for safety, healing, and peace. Please join us for our recitation of additional Psalms at all of our services.

We wish a Mazal Tov to the Lebewohl and Rosenthal Families upon the birth of a boy to Cara & Josh Lebewohl. Join us on Friday night for a Shalom Zachar immediately following services.

Now that we are on Standard Time, Friday night davening is super early. Please help us to ensure that our service begins on time. Expect snacks, drinks, as well as some Torah study and song. This week we look forward to a short Shalom Zachar related dvar Torah from Rabbi Bellino.

We are grateful to Brian Yagoda - soft drink enthusiast - who has generously sponsored the soft drinks at Friday Night Kiddush for the year. Please help us to support this great start to Shabbat.

Kiddushes on Sixth Street - always plentiful and delicious - greatly enhance our synagogue and community. The next available Kiddush for sponsorship is December 5th, Parashat Vayeshev. (We look forward to hosting Rav Gilad on this Shabbat). To sponsor or co-sponsor a Friday night Kiddush, a Shabbat Kiddush, a Shabbocktail, or a Seudah Shelishit, contact Rabbi Bellino.
